This is a plain-English summary of how Astro-Voyage handles your data. The full legal text will be reviewed by a UK solicitor before public launch and updated here. By using the website or app you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

The data controller is Astro-Voyage Ltd, a sole-trader business registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@astrovoyage.app.

What we collect

On the website, only the email address you provide if you join the waitlist. In the iOS app, we additionally store the birth date, time, and place you enter in order to compute your natal chart, plus the interests, holiday style, and travel preferences you choose. We never ask for, see, or store payment card details.

Why we collect it

Email: to send you waitlist updates and, if you opt in, marketing or newsletter emails. Birth and preference data: to power your personalised recommendations. Anonymised usage analytics: to improve the product. Each purpose is captured under a separate, explicit consent that you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Email addresses are stored with Resend. Astrology and trip data is stored with Supabase (EU region). We pass anonymised parameters to affiliate partners (Booking.com, Skyscanner, Viator, GetYourGuide and others via Travelpayouts) only when you tap a booking link. We never sell your personal data.

Third-party scripts on this website

We load a small attribution script from Travelpayouts on every page of this website. Travelpayouts is the affiliate aggregator that connects Astro-Voyage to its travel partners. The script lets Travelpayouts verify that a booking originated here so they can pay the commission that funds Astro-Voyage. It does not collect personal information beyond standard browser metadata (IP address, user agent, referring page). We do not run any other third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this website.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@astrovoyage.app. Account deletion from the iOS app is processed within seven days and removes all personal data; anonymised aggregate metrics may be retained.

Children

Companion profiles for under-18 travellers can be created by their parent or legal guardian, are used only to personalise trip recommendations, and are never used for marketing or third-party sharing.
